Princess Tutu gathering!

So at Otakon, there was a Princess Tutu gathering arranged by sotty_chan~! It was so awesome, even if there was only 3 groups there. Here are the pictures we took!

XD Very nice. Cosplaying Tutu always seems really daunting to me. Also, one of my friends who was at Otakon mentioned she saw a Tutu, but I dunno if it was any of you. XD

Did I read right that you did a Saiyuki play? May I ask whooo? *very interested now*

I'm glad you think it's good! There were quite a few Tutus, actually, so it could have been any of us XD;

And yes, we did. We had a complete Sanzo-ikkou, I myself was Hakkai. :D Pictures of it will be up at my journal, if you want to take a peek a little later on. We're utter Saiyuki fangirls, too. X3;

Oh, that's cool. I would love to see pictures. For some reason I'm pegged to do either Hakkai or Kenren, which amuses me for no good reason. x3 Saiyuki play always seems tough to me, too...possibly because of the hair. Minekura hair is frighteningly illogical at times.

The pictures are posted over at my livejournal now :D Just a warning, they are a bit on the BL side, so if you don't like that kind of thing, just look at the first 8 or so :D;; And yeah, the hair is the tough part...Goku's just tough in general, and Sanzo has that flip...XD; Minekura's art is so crazy (in that awesome, sexy way X3). L-O-L, you can't scare me. I think it's actually pretty hard to be a fan of Minekura and...not...a fan of BL? Though, I mean...I've seen anti-yaoi Saiyuki fangirls. They're sources of slightly awkward silences in fandom, I think. Next year a friend and I plan to play Kubota and Tokitoh from Minekura's Wild Adapter. Creepy fan service will probably be forthcoming. XD

Also, the friend I said might have seen you was showing me her con pics today and I saw all of you in your Saiyuki play. It made me laugh.

XD; well, the other Fakir was very good. My Fakir kind of failed too XD; but she's used to carrying people and stuff, I guess, since she's always carrying children around and such. XD;

;_; I'm so sad that I missed you guys! I only went for Saturday and I had to go to the amv contest, so I couldn't see the Tutu showing and it made me sad. I would have loved to add my Kraehe to the bunch. TT__TT But it's awesome to see all those Tutu cosplayers! You guys look great! ^_^
