So I got a really bizarre email from HMV today advertising the theme song for Yamada's Ansatsu Kyoushitsu movie, and found a longer description on the Tower Records website here. Apparently, a "mysterious" 9-person unit is going to provide the theme song. The whole this is really odd and confusing, and knowing Johnny's, I'm trying not to get my hopes up that it's JUMP, but I supposed we'll just have to wait and see.

Here's the text from the article in full, as translated by me.

Mysterious 9-member unit will provide the theme song for Yamada Ryosuke's starring movie, "Ansatsu Kyoushitsu"

"Koro-sensations" will be the theme song of Yamada Ryosuke (Hey! Say! JUMP)'s starring movie, "Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, which opens on March 21st, 2015. The nine members, who were sent to assassinate Koro-sensei, failed their mission and were "punished." So, in order to promote the movie and make it a big hit, as produced by Koro-sensei, they were turned into a unit called "Sensations" and made to provide the theme song… For the highly-anticipated live action movie adaption of the hugely popular comic currently running in "Weekly Shounen Jump" that's been a big topic this spring, "Sensations" will give their strongest support with a hyper-pop turn overflowing with a sensation of hurtling through heavy metal guitar sound and digital sound.The limited first press DVD will have the "Koro-sensations" video clip "Battle Mode" and the making-of footage "Active Side." The CD that comes with it will have "Koro-sensations" and the original karaoke track. On the regular edition DVD, in addition to the "Koro-sensations" video clip "Battle Mode," also included will be the "Koro-sensations" video clip "Operation Mode" and the making-of footage "Passive Side."

More information can be found on the J-storm website and on the "Special" releases page on Johnny's Net. The fact that it's J-storm makes my hopes get up further, but I'm trying not to jump to any conclusions.

I was confused too when I saw the news on Johnny's Net. I was like it's Yamada and 9 members so it must be Hey! Say! JUMP but why do they keep it secret ? It sounds like something Kanjani8 did with Eito Rangers but everyone knew it was Kanjani8.
The CD is J-storm and a "Special Unit' on Johnny's Net so it must be only with Johnny's Members. (and I don't see the other members of the cast singing...).

My guess is that it has something to do with the identity of the seiyu for Koro-sensei, who's the producer of the song... When you watch the trailer, the voice is familar (actually to me it is..). We still don't know who's the seiyu (and I don't think it'll be the same as for the anime or they would have announced it already ^^").

On Twitter, many fans just thought it was JUMP too. I hope it is. :)

It doesn't necessarily only have to be Johnny's Members, since Sayonara Arigatou, the single by Kame's duo with Tamaki Koji, is in the "Special Unit" section, too. It doesn't actually say that Yamada is included, it just say that it's for his movie, so what with everything that' going on in Johnny's recently, I'm hesitant to say outright that it must be JUMP. It does seem similar to Eito Ranger, but the setting for that was so different (all members were in the movie and the single was done by the characters played by all members in the movie, also Eito was already much more famous and successful at that point than JUMP are now) that I find it hard to compare.

I was suspicious about the voice already, and if we're thinking of the same person then it would make sense that it's being put out by J-Storm, but I guess we'll see, huh. XD;

You're right, I had forgotten about Kame's duet !
I dunno, it's kinda confusing because everyone seems to assume it's JUMP while there's no official statement about it. I guess it'll come out soon enough though ;)
I'm gonna check if anything goes out about it in Suda Masaki fandom (since I'm also a fan), maybe they'll hint something about him singing (haha don't want to hear that) or not... XD However, the 9 members hint is suspicious... XD

I also received an email from CDJapan saying "HSJ" and then "Not HSJ sorry we made a mistake"... XD

I'm hearing a certain N from a A group but as I am not really fond of this A group, I'm not sure of it. XD But, it would male sense about J-storm though.

Dear Johnny's.... please stop trolling =__= If it is JUMP, I'm sure all the footage will be awesome, and I'm honestly ready to accept any kind of activity from them right now, even if a regular single would be better, sigh. I hope we'll get more information soon XD
