復活！

My computer is back! ;~~~; I'm so happy. I got a new logic board, which is actually sort of what I figured the problem was, but either way, everything seems okay now! Also, everything is so clean~ They cleaned my screen and keyboard, yay XD;; AND I got my receipts and stuff in an Apple clearfile! In America, they just hand it to you XD This is what I call service!

Hopefully now I can get back to being productive @___@;; I have no plans this weekend, so I hope to catch up with everything I missed while I was stuck using that tiny useless computer. I have big plans of doing reports and fic and graphics and all sorts of things, but… we'll see what actually gets done XD;

For now, maybe I can get to bed at a decent time for once this week >___>;;;

glad to hear your laptop is okay! idek what a logic board is, haha. they didn't have laptops when i was in computer school.

Thanks! I don't know what it is, either |D;; But in the past when the problem seems to have been the display (like, everything is functioning okay but the screen is messed up), it was the logic board, so I guess it has something to do with that? XD;; Either way, I'm just clas it's back and better.

I don't know if I'd call it an easy fix, since they basically took out the thing that identifies it as "my computer" and now all my devices don't recognize it, etc etc, but yes, I'm glad it's better. And yes, the clearfile definitely added to the experience lol.

Oh man D: Did not know that was a side effect...I know nothing about logic boards other than that they exist in a computer and apparently make your screen go wonky when they break >> that sucks, I'm sorry. Yeah clearfiles~ Clearly American Apple stores should adopt this policy.

Yeah, I mean, I don't know much about it either, but I've learned from experience that it's the part of your computer that makes it know who it is (it has amnesia now or something) so all my devices don't recognize it, and it has a new serial number, and all that-- in fact, one of my previous logic board replacements was because the dumbass Swat guy at the Ardmore Apple store forgot to put the serial number into the logic board when it was replaced and I had to have it replaced again.

It seemed like a stupid mistake-- like, the thing was functional and properly installed, he just forgot to put the serial number in-- but yeah. Swat. |D;
