more chocolate adventures!

So, I already posted about my chocolate for my coworkers on Valentine's Day (and I'm really hoping for SOMETHING on White Day all things considered XD), but last night, I finished round two of chocolates, this time for my fellow ALTs who work for the same board of education~ I made them each one tart cup, because I found large tart cups at the store and wanted to try them out. I think it turned out pretty well!


The chocolates! Or... chocolate tart cups? They're pretty big to just be "chocolates" but I'm not sure what else to call them XD;


Flavor option one! Plain tart crust with matcha chocolate on the inside and milk chocolate on the outside~


Flavor option two~ "Rose" pink tart cups (not sure if that's a flavor or just a colour... that's what it said on the package XD) with dark chocolate inside and white chocolate on the outside~


And flavor option three! Chocolate tart cups with milk chocolate inside and cafe au lait on the outside~


All packaged up!

I have no idea how they taste |D But I hope that they're good! It was a lot of fun making them since they're a lot bigger than what I normally make, so I could do different things with the design. I guess I'll find out how well received they are on Monday~ For now it's time to do my nails and get stuff ready to head to Tokyo on Saturday morning~ Almost time for the Kamen Teacher movie!

Oh, and I got all my copies of Sexy Second, finally! Babies. ♥ More thoughts will come later when I listen to it thoroughly~

They're adorable!! I alwas see those tart mold things at the 100en when I go and I'm always intrigued, so please let me know what people say about the taste XD I'd be really impressed if the rose ones were actually rose flavored...

"Mold?" There are just store-bought tarts, I didn't make them or anything. ^^; I'm not that talented. I've had another brand and I really liked it, so hopefully these will be good too. Not sure about the rose though. |D;;

XD sorry, mold really wasn't the right word - they're always next to the chocolate molds so that's what came out. Shell? Crust? Making pastry is like, legit the hardest thing ever |D;; so if store bought ones are good, maybe I'll pick up a few~ Tarts are so cute :3

The rose, though... |D;; I'm always a little suspicious of rose flavored stuff, mostly because...well, I don't know how its supposed to taste, so idk how to tell if its good or not XD;;

Ah, yeah. They're pretty generic like, crisp cookie crusts? It's pretty similar to a cookie cone that you could get for ice cream in the US.
