bigbang_mint asked me to translate Jinguji, Reia, Genki, and Kishi's article from Myojo this month, and since I wanted to share Kishi's ridiculousness with the world anyway, I did! The four of them went and did barbecue together, and talked about Kishi's time in Osaka for Endless SHOCK and Jinguji, Genki, and Reia's shenanigans during Dream Boys Jet. :D If you're interested, take a look here!

With max energy, these Johnny's Juniors went to a special place to hang out! Now that September, which was full of stageplays, is over, these four, who were together for the first time in a month, had barbecue at a seaside area! In order to make up for lost time, they play a lot and talk a lot! ☆

Daily life for Kishi, who gets lonely easily, for the one month that he lived in a hotel was…?

Reia: Hey, did you get taller?
Kishi: Yup! About one meter taller.

Jinguji: …Anyway, how long did you go to Osaka, again?
Kishi: Come on, call me stupid!* (laugh)
Jinguji: Hyahya! (laugh)
Kishi: Come ooon~!
Iwahashi: We met up once during the "Odaiba Gasshuukoku" event, so I guess we haven't seen one another for about a month?
Reia: We were doing "DREAM BOYS JET," but the day of the last show (September 29th) was the same, huh~
Kishi: Good work, everyone!
Everyone: Good work!
Reia: During DoriBo,**Jinguji did something really weird!
Iwahashi: Yeah, yeah, for some reason he shaved both his legs and went out on stage… (laugh)
Jinguji: I was wearing long pants, so no one would know… isn't that situation sort of funny? Doing things with no meaning is essential to life, right!
Iwahashi: He tried to look all cool and dance showily, and he made a sexy face, but when you think, "this guy's legs are so smooth and silky right now," it's really strange and unpleasant~ (laugh)
Kishi: What the heck were you guys doing? (laugh)
Jinguji: Well, well ♪ Kishi, the last day of the show was your birthday, wasn't it?
Kishi: Yes! It was like fate that they aligned. During the curtain call, there was a celebration picture, and they even brought me a cake…
Iwahashi: That's so nice!
Reia: Yeah, when I was in Hawaii with Myojo, they celebrated my birthday, too, and I was really happy~
Jinguji: Even thought that time, they didn't even really do anything that exciting for your birthday. (laugh)
Reia: But since we crossed the international date line, we went back one day when we arrived in Hawaii, so I got to celebrate my birthday twice~ ♪
Kishi: Having everyone celebrate my birthday just made me somehow really happy. My 18th birthday was the best day ever!
Jinguji: Did you cry~? (cackle)
Kishi: I didn't cry. (suspiciously fast response)
Jinguji: Oh, really? Hmmmmm~?
Kishi: I-I said I didn't cry!
Iwahashi: But actually…?
Kishi: …ah… well! Okay, I cried!
Reia: Even thought it would have been better if you just said that from the start.
Iwahashi: I wanted to see the manly tears~ (laugh)
Kishi: Come oooon, guuuuuys, that's enough!
Jinguji: Hey, hey, by the way, what was it like to live in a hotel for a month?
Reia: Somehow since everyday life would be different from normal, every day being fresh seems fun! ♪
Kishi: Mhm. The room was pretty big, and since I had nothing to do, I would just aimlessly wander around the room~
Reia: Uh, is… is that okay? (laugh)
Iwahashi: Just like that time during the Hakata performance,*** you got lonely and called, didn't you.
Kishi: I didn't call!
Reia: You did! I was sitting right next to Genki at the moment that you called him.
Iwahashi: Even though I said, "I'm eating right now, so call back in 15 minutes, okay?" he called back about 2 seconds later. (laugh)
Kishi: It's because I was contacting you about an important matter! Like networking, or something.
Iwahashi: And what was that really important matter, again?
Kishi: Um, stuff like, "What are you up to right now?"
Reia: That's not an important matter at all! (laugh)
Iwahashi: In the end, you were just lonely, weren't you.
Kishi: It wasn't like that!
Jinguji: But wouldn't it be impossible for you to live in a hotel, Iwahashi? Earlier, during the tour✝, you crawled into my bed at dawn!
Iwahashi: That was because it was cold!! The air condition was on too much.
Jinguji: But it was actually because you were lonely ♥
Kishi: Don't criticize other people!
Jinguji: Well, I did give him an embrace without even hesitating.
Iwahashi: Come oooon~ Stop saying weird things like that all the time!
Reia: But, it really seems like Genki couldn't live in a hotel.

Kishi: You're really weak~! That definitely wouldn't work out. For me, I lived pretty comfortably. I ordered from room service and drank juice and ate shouyu ramen and stuff~ ♪
Jinguji: What an extravagant guy.
Kishi: Yeah, the juice and ramen were really expensive. When we were checking out, when they told me my bill, I was horrified…
Iwahashi: Ahaha! Imagining you standing at the front desk, with your face totally white and your eyes all huge and bugging out (laugh)
Kishi: Therefore, from now on, if you have to live in a hotel for a long period of time, my advice is to avoid drinking too much juice!
Jinguji: No one else would do that! (laugh)
Climbing a mountain, until we get sick of it, we'll enjoy autumn to the fullest~! ☆
Reia: When you say autumn, the first thing you think of is an autumn outing, right~
Kishi: No, no, for us, autumn is "the autumn we're grown tired of"! ✝✝
Iwahashi: Uh, what do you mean?
Kishi: We all set goals, and then accomplish all the fun things we thought of and play until we're sick of it, that sort of autumn!
Reia: Somehow he said it in a cool way, but in the end, the main point is still just playing!
Kishi: So? It's fine!
Iwahashi: Hmm, I played until I got tired of summer, so I want to spend autumn lazily.
Kishi: This playboy!
Iwahashi: Hey, hold on, don't say things that will cause misunderstandings! I just went to the beach and amusement parks normally, that's all.
Reia: Predictably, if you want to go out and have fun, an amusement park is good, right?
Jinguji: Well, I'm a hare-otoko, so it's fine for me, but Kish-kun is an ame-otoko.✝✝✝ I wonder which one would win~
Kishi: In the past, I went to play at an amusement part ten times, and all ten times it rained!

Kishi: What about climbing a mountain?
Everyone: Oh, that's good!
Jinguji: Climbing to the summit without help and finally seeing the great scenery is my ideal!
Kishi: Yeah, yeah! Climbing without help to the peak, seeing the great view at the end, and then returning by helicopter!
Jinguji: That-- that's completely different! (laugh)
Reia: Would radio waves and stuff reach up there? Without a cell phone, wouldn't it be rough?
Jinguji: Here he is, the kid of modern times!
Reia: I want to climb Mount Everest! Let's all work out together.
Jinguji: Working out? No way~!
Reia: Jinguji gets worn out easily, you know~
Iwahashi: It seems like he'd climb for a while but then be like "I'm going to go back~"
Jinguji: Yup, the one who'd be tired from the start is definitely me. But even you guys who are saying that would definitely run out of energy partway.
Kishi: But even if we're broken down and worn out, we'll help one another. That's our bond.
Jinguji, Iwahashi, Reia: Who the heck are you? (laugh)
* Kishi wants Jinguji to be a tsukkomi to his boke, like in Japanese manzai comedy. Kishi was saying something stupid, and he wanted Jinguji to be the straight man and tell him he was being stupid.
** They apparently abbreviate "Dream Boys" as DoriBo XD;
*** I have no idea what this Hakata incident was… anyone have any ideas?
✝ I assume this was Sexy Zone's 2013 Tour, but I could be wrong.
✝✝ This is a play on words in Japanese, "akita aki," which sounds similar.
✝✝✝ hare-otoko (guy who causes sunshine) and ame-otoko (guy who causes rain) are pretty normal Japanese superstitious things to say. A lot of guys will say they're one of the other.
