So, a few days ago, yomimashou and I sat down and rewatched a bunch of old *pnish* plays, and that reminded me that I hadn't done the *pnish* character sorter since Western Mode came out! So I decided to try it again and compare to last time. The results are...

Also, I miss seeing plays live ;A; It's just not the same on film. I can't wait to get back so I can see everything live again! (* u *)

We should rewatch some more of the old ones when we get a chance~ Also I want to do the sorter, but at the same time it'll be really hard for me because I suck so much at choosing favorites... |D;;;

We should! And it's not that big of a deal, just make a spur of the moment decision XD it's not like anyone is holding you to your answers and I'm pretty sure it's not the most effective method anyway. Some people never go up against one another. It's probably only accurate for like the first 5-10 characters, or something.

It seems more computer-science-y then math-y to be perfectly honest. It didn't seem at all complicated to me. If I actually paid attention (there were too many characters for me to really track it without trying) I feel like I could probably understand it. It seems like it's pretty systematic. Like, if you say you like character A less than B and B less than, C, they won't put A up against C because that should be unnecessary... but it seems like I might be weird and fickle and change my mind, or something.

Yeah, that makes sense... it wouldn't be an issue of complicated math but of writing the algorithm, probably. But yeah, I feel like people's preferences might end up having weird cycles like that if you asked them all possible pairs, even though they shouldn't XD
