But clearly, LJ is sucking it up again. Since I've been with LJ a long time now, I can't quite bring myself to jump ship just yet, but a petition has been created to tell LJ just what its consumer base wants, so if you're pissed about the new comments (or any of the other changes), please sign! It's still quite a few signatures from its quota, so any signatures will be helpful~

There's some additional information over at the lovely starianprincess's lj over here, though it is friends locked, and I've been told that, this week, dreamwidth is giving away accounts without invite codes this week, so if you're thinking of making the switch (or just want to hedge your bets), you can go this week and give it a try!
