XD I'm glad. I was afraid he would come off as annoying, so that he's cute is a good thing. He needs a hug sometime. XD;

Yeah...I think Niles is the sort of person who in general might come off as annoying to some people, but he's really cute once you get to know him.

Yeah. :D It kicks the hell out of the enlisted uniform. XD; And they did wear hats sometimes, they wore those big feathered ones, I believe. ^^;
