Oh my god, Soshite Dare mo Inakunatta!!! There are some things that I'm still sort of ??? about, but for the most part (for the Inoo-related part), I'm satisfied with that final episode. I'm going to ramble about it now, so click the cut for spoilers~

Wow, that episode!! Inochan's acting was so amazing. I and everyone else who saw Karafuto Ojisan knew it, but I'm so glad that the entire world knows it now, too. He's really truly talented and amazing, and I think he did really well at this role. He played the sweet, helpless, kind, friendly bartender front really well, and it's totally believable that he could have tricked all those people into helping him. He also played the psychotic killer, who was driven over the edge by his feelings of abandonment as a child, amazingly, and when his mom called him "Tomoya" and he had a fit, you got to see a glimpse of what made his Karafuto Ojisan performance so great, too (as in, a side of the hurt, scared child, rather than the crazed murderer). All in all, I think his performance was really wonderful, and I'm really proud of him.

I'm a little disappointed by the way the drama ended (what happened to Eiji?? Is he alive or dead?) but it definitely could have been worse. It also just sort of seemed like a copout to have Shinichi just go on with his life afterwards without any thought about... how any of this was his fault? Like, there was sort of a change in the middle between painting Shinichi as pretty self involved (not ever noticing Haruka's feelings and how she made choices based on him, not ever confiding in Sanae, being a general disrespectful ass when he was in the hospital with Osanai and only ever focusing on himself and his own problems) and showing Shinichi as the deep down loving and warm guy who cares about everyone around him, and is full of love and empathy. I guess maybe it was supposed to happen from living with Eiji, Baba, and Saori, but you never really saw it? So it was sort of a weird thing at the end. But a lot of dramas don't totally come together at the end, so I guess it's pretty normal... and I enjoyed the drama anyway.

Now excuse me while I steal Todo Tomoya's identity (since his body was never found and he's just MIA XD).

If you're not watching the drama, I really, really recommend it! If you like thriller, mystery, or suspense media, this was a fun watch. It reminded me of Maoh (the 2008 drama with Ohno Satoshi and Ikuta Toma) in some aspects.
