Yeah, I don't see why it would be any secret if he'd gone to grad school, since it was never any secret about his university. Not to mention that if he was doing a PhD program (which is what it says in the Japanese under his name), he'd probably have committed to another 5 years of school, which… just seems like it would be insane, considering that he never really wanted that strongly to go to college in the first place.
And yeah, I totally agree. He changed drastically after graduation, and he both looked and acted so much happier and healthier. His body language and movements in concert were totally different, and his skin, eyes, and general demeanor just seemed so much healthier. Just from looking at him, I really don't think he would still be in school.
