Here is how it usually goes: 1) Johnny's announces the ticket presales will open on Ticket Pia on X day at 10 am. 2) On X day at 9:55 am, you wait by your phone until it becomes 10 am. 3) At 10 am, you call the special Ticket Pia lines. Chances are, you don't get through because so many people are calling. However, if you're very, very lucky and your call goes through, proceed to step 4. 4) Talk to the operator and give them your name, address, phone number, and payment information (in Japanese). Like I said, I've never been lucky enough to get through when calling. Usually there are tens of thousands of girls on the line for only 1,500 spots, so your chances are incredibly slim. I have always used ticket.co.jp to get my tickets for Gamushara J's Party.
I don't think it's likely that they will announce who will be in the show, but I can't say for certain. When Gamushara J's Party 2 was an incredible flop, they started announcing who would be in each J's Party, but for Johnny's, that is incredibly rare. Usually, when it comes to Juniors, "Johnny's Junior" is all that's written. So I wouldn't count on it, but I wouldn't completely rule it out, either, since there is a precedent with previous J's Party events.
