Two more little translations!

I've found that not that many people translate the little sections at the back of the magazine, but a lot of the time, those are where the gems are, especially in terms of who's friends with who or who I ship with who. XD;; Since I like to be able to prove that I'm not crazy when I say that I have reasons for shipping people, and because I like sharing with the world, I have two more tiny little translations for you today~

First up is a little section called "Tattle-Tale Box" from the old "Johnnyful Box" section in the back of Myojo. This section no longer exists, but basically, Juniors would "anonymously" tattle on their friends. XD; I translated one little section where Reia talks about Shintaro and then Yoshizawa Shizuya, now in Travis Japan, talks about Reia.

Myojo 2012.10
Johnny's Tattle-Tale Box
Unexpected words and actions that these idols only show to their friends have been disclosed here! Watch out for the tattlers mischievously covering their eyes in the photos!
※ For the sake of privacy, one part of their faces have been covered.

N-mura R-a (Nakamura Reia)
Every time, I go to "The Shounen Club" filming with (Morimoto) Shintaro-kun, so we're really close friends! He always invites me places, too. But no matter what, Shintaro-kun is always two or three minutes later than the time that we agreed on (laugh). Also, he's totally a sore loser, so whenever we play a video game against one another, if he loses, he'll always say "One more time!!" until he wins.

Y-zawa S-ya (Yoshizawa Shizuya)
(Nakamura) Reia-kun can sometimes be really clingy! On TV, he seems like a grown up, but actually, he has some really kid-like traits, and will want to be babied by people like Jinguji, saying, "hey~~~ Jingujiii~~~"

And then next up is from the same issue from which I translated an article yesterday. There's been a section recently in the back where one Junior asks a question and they have four of that Junior's close friends answer and see who gets it right. The person who was asking the question in this issue was Jinguji, and... well, you can see who gets it right ^__~

Mutual Understanding Quiz
How much about each other do these juniors, who are all close friends, know? We got the statistics of how many people can answer questions that only a fanatic would know!

This month's question is from Jinguji Yuta!
What's the drink that I love so overwhelmingly much that you could definitely call it my favourite?

Somehow, the percent correct is only 25%.

Kishi Yuuta
Cafe Latte
Um… what could it be? I know he always drinks the same thing, but… coffee. No, cafe latte! That's what he drinks everyday, I think.

Iwahashi Genki
Energy Drink
No clue! Um, could it be that…? Vegetable juice! Oh, predictably, energy drink! For some reason, I think he drinks something with vitamins in it. It's because I often see him while he's drinking something.

Nakamura Reia
Clear soda*
Wait, I know it! What's it that he's always drinking? Oh, clear soda! I just remembered now. He always used to talk about it, like "Clear soda's like, my favourite." I just had a flashback of it!

Haniuda Amu
Energy Drink + Sports Drink
Huh, Jinguji's favourite drink? A mix of energy drink and sports drink! He always drinks it, you know. I'm not sure if he likes it, though (laugh).

Though he prefaced it with, "I think everyone will probably know it," Jinguji asked, "What's my favourite drink?" He said, "I'm pretty sure everyone will know it, to the extent that if you think of Jinguji, you think of this drink!" with confidence, but the only person who got it right was Reia. Yes, the answer was "clear soda"! Relatively few people seem to have absorbed the information, in comparison to being able to say things like "When you think of Jinguji…" (laugh).
*T/N: By clear soda, I mean like Sprite. In Japanese, the word for this is "cider," but it doesn't refer to apple cider, it refers to drinks like Mitsuya Cider.

Unrelatedly, today is seijin on hi, or Coming of Age Day!! This means I got off work and had a three day weekend, but also... Happy Coming of Age Ceremony to Kento, Yamada, Chinen, Yuto, Yuma, Hasshi, and of course, my beloved bb Yugo~
