Contrary to the banner, this journal is not friends only. Rather, it is semi-friends only for the reason that I like people to comment before they friend me. Why? Because I don't feel comfortable with complete strangers friending me. It's as simple as that. I don't expect anything fancy and I don't bite- just drop me a comment stating who you are and why you'd like to friend me, and, chances are, I'll friend you back. Fandoms in common help a lot, too. However, if you don't comment on this post, I won't friend you back, simple as that.

Two things: I don't friend journals that are linked to twitter/facebook/other social media (so that the majority of the posts are, for example, a conglomeration of tweets) and I don't friend journals that are mostly sales journals. If your journal is either of these things, please feel free to friend my regardless; all of my fic, icons, translations, reports, meta, and other fanworks will always be unlocked.

In the case that you happen to stumble across this journal and are considering friending, here's just a bit about me to help you out, a bit more in-depth than my userinfo.

☆ I am a huge nerd. I love anime. I fangirl over things. I occasionally sparkle-text spam. I don't know why you'd be here if you didn't know that, but if this bothers you, again, this is not the place for you.
☆ I write RPS (that is, fiction of relationships between real living people, usually Japanese actors), as well the other content that may not be appropriate for everyone. Everything I write has warnings visible BEFORE the story is visible. Please read them. If you're scarred easily, this may not be the place for you.

→ Arashi - My first Johnny's fandom! My favourite is Jun, but I really love them all and go through phases of obsession over each, except Nino. → Hey! Say! JUMP - Love these boys ♥ My favourite (and probably my favourite Johnny's talent period) is Chinen, with Inoo in second place. → Kis-My-Ft2 - Who can resist these ridiculous guys? My favourite is Tama, though I love him because he's a talentless, self-centered bitch with the IQ of a gerbil ♥ Favourite PVs include Everybody Go and Shake It Up.
→ Sexy Zone - I've only recently started admitting to myself that I can possibly like a group called Sexy Zone but... here I am. My favourite is Marius (and our racial makeup is surprisingly similar, hurrah for hafu!), but I love all of them. (tags: sexy zone)
→ B.I.Shadow (Johnny's Junior) - I'm probably the only Johnny's fan ever to get into a group once it's already been disbanded, but that's just how cool I am. My favourite is Yugo! (tags: b.i.shadow)
→ Bakaleya 6 (Johnny's Junior) - I'm going with this name because they don't technically have one... But I love these boys. My favourite, naturally, is Yugo~
☆ *pnish* - A beloved fandom. My favourite is Wasshi, but I love them all, as well as their friends and guests. Favourite plays are Maharaja Mode and Secret Box, favourite skits are On5 schoolgirls, On4 Hosts, favourite guests include Nagayama Takashi, Uenobori Makoto, and Hasegawa Tetsurou, favourite characters include Parvati, Saiga, Haru, Randy, Ki-chan, and Host!Yuuichi. ☆ Art - This is rare, because despite the fact that I love making art, I'm also lazy. And not a very good artist when it comes to drawing people. (tags: art)
☆ Graphics - I make icons, friends only banners, desktops, etc. Also something I do fairly often. I now post my graphics to a graphics and caps community, electric_boys, and would love watchers on that community, as well. (tags: icons)

Hi there and nice to meet you! I'm Katha from Germany and recently stumbled upon your lj more or less randomnly while looking for info on the Kamen Teacher movie (and ended up at your summary of it) and decided to explore a little...

I absolutely LOVE your concert reports! I'm absolutely new to anything to do with that part of the japanese entertainment industry - I used to be just a manga/anime/games fan but recently migrated to dramas and other stuff, so it's all very exciting and interesting to me. You write them in a way one really gets a feeling what it's like to be at those events, that's great :)

Certain events have led to me becoming specifrically a big fan of Sexy Zone, so I'm especially happy about your reports about their stuff... Just sad to hear that it's not going so well for them atm :( But I still love them xD Mostly I like Fuma, Kento and Marius :)

Currently I'm watching Bad Boys J (done with the main series, still need to see the movie) and must say I absolutely adore your stories about Erika and Hiro :) They are some of my favs in the series too, esp. Erika. ^^

I'm sorry I don't really follow Sexy Zone much anymore; the situation is bad enough that basically nothing is 5-member anymore and therefore pretty much nothing is of interest to me. If you have any questions pertaining to them or Johnny's, though, feel free to ask me.

And I'm glad to hear that! Erika was by far my favourite character, and I love her and Hiro's relationship, so I'm glad I'm not alone XD

They totall do! I have my doubts if I'll ever be able to experience something of the sort myself, so getting such life-like reports about it is amazing ^^

It's ok, I can understand that it's frustrating to see them like that if you've always been loving and supporting them as the 5-person team. Alas, I've been coming around when the damage had already been done, and before I even realized or found out about all the drama, I've already found myself liking their new and old stuff alike, and thusly don't feel like boycotting them because of the discovery. Though I'm definitely hoping they're gonna stay together, and that they stop treating Marius and Sou as juniors, esp. since I'm slowly starting to understand how stuff works there, and how bad it is of them to treat fully debuted ppl as juniors again.

Oh yes Hiro and Erika's relationship is definitely the best one in the series xD Kumi and Tsukasa were just WAY too awkward, esp. since it hardly became any better (though it was still cute how they were trying to make it work). Well Eiji and Mika were hilarious too, but they kinda got forgotten as the series went on, or so it seemed to me.
Actually your stories kinda make me consider to write a short sth about Kumi and Tsukasa, as I was feeling there was kind of a hole or missing piece in the presentation of their relationship toward the end, as they went from Tsukasa's 'goodbye' in ep 11 to perfectly together again the next time they showed up together in ep 12. Surely that was because of time restrictions, and after all it's not that hard to guess what came in between, it's still been sorta bothering me so I was wondering if maybe I should put it down... but it's been so long since I last wrote fanfiction. xD Well, maybe...~

I respect your decision, but as someone who is really upset by Marius and Sou's treatment by the agency, I just want to say that I really can't and won't be participating in any discussion of purchasing 3-member CDs or participating in 3-member events. It's my belief that paying for 3-member products is essentially telling the agency that you want to keep seeing 3-member activities (since all they really care about is getting more money), so I personally strongly disagree with it. I hope you can understand and respect my decision, too. ^^;

It seems like there weren't many fans of Hiro and Erika, so I'm glad we agree! Good luck with your writing. ^^
